  • Living Wills/Advance Health Care Directives – communicate your wishes about health care
  • Appointment of Health Care Proxy – appoint someone who will speak and act for you in health care matters
  • Durable Powers of Attorney – appoint someone to act on your behalf in case you are temporarily incapacitated
  • Living Trusts – in some cases, it is appropriate to create a trust for your assets during your lifetime
